Hamilton’s Edgar Breau used to front “proto-punk/psych” band Simply Saucer. I couldn’t tell you what that alliteration-filled genre sounds like. But I can tell you that Breau’s solo material, which he has been working on since the late ’70s, has heapfuls of warm, bossa nova influence and will make these short, wintry days pass a little faster.
